What is the difference between an Essential Oil and a Fragrance Oil?

Essential Oils’ essences are obtained directly from plants or plant parts and are all natural, whereas Fragrance Oils are manufactured in a lab and are composed of different aromatic substances.

 

Do you have a physical store that we can visit?

Yes, we have products located at Natures Grove Design, 131 N Port Rd Unit 9, Port Perry, ON L9L 1B2 

Why are handmade soaps better than commercial soaps?

The biggest difference between handmade soap and commercial soap is their shelf life. Since handmade soaps contain natural and pure ingredients, they have a shorter shelf life for 8-12 months. Due to the chemical content and preservatives in them, commercial soaps last for 2-3 years.

Due to the personal nature of items sold, we cannot accept returns. If you have a problem with your order, please reach out to us and we will try to make it right!

WHY DON’T MY ITEMS LOOK LIKE THE ONE LISTED?

Due to the handmade nature of all of the items presented, we cannot guarantee that all items will have the same appearance. However, they should be close in nature to the one you have ordered.  They will definitely smell the same.

We use a large variety of different ingredients in our products. At some point, one ingredient may have been in contact with another ingredient. It is important that you are aware of ingredients/allergens that could affect you and know that it’s possible they may have been in contact with one of our products. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Please contact us if you have more questions.
